New Classes begin Sept. 7th!
Adult Classes
Pastor Couch’s Class
Sermon on the Mount
This study will continue through the Fall. Come and delve into one of Christ’s most well known sermons.
NEW! Discipleship Class
Needed: Twelve people for twelve weeks to study the basics of being a disciple of Jesus. This class is for anyone who would like to know more about how to pray, how to study the Bible, how to share faith with others, how to serve, how to give and so much more. Please reserve your spot in the next Discipleship Class now by signing up this Sunday.
NEW! Friendship/Membership Class
begins Sept. 7. This class is for all who wish to join the church or find out more about Zion. Learn about the church’s beliefs, leaders, ministries, history. Class meets in the Chapel at 9:15 during Sunday School beginning September 7.
NEW! Women’s Sunday School Book Study
begins Sept 7th. The class will be based on the book, Maybe God is Right After All, by Cynthia Heald, lead by Joyce Brill. Please note...If you are interested in attending this exciting new class please RSVP at the church office or call 347-2266 by August 22nd. We need to know how many books to order. Thank you!

Youth Classes
Nursery available for newborns to three years
NEW! Preschool Class, based on the NEW curriculum VeggieConnections, by the makers of Veggie Tales. VeggieConnections is a fun, innovative program all about connecting kids to a meaningful relationship with God and one another. This class will be lead by Kim Sanford and Katy Asay, so be sure to bring your young ones for a fun-filled hour of Veggie adventures!
NEW! Kindergarten through 5th Grade classes, based on the curriculum Discipleship Junction. Each lesson is packed full of interactive stories and drama, Scripture memory, and themed snacks and activities that will engage every child! Small group prayer times help kids practice new skills, build confidence, and develop lifelong habits of prayer.
Jr. & Sr. High Classes
IN NEED OF A WASHER
Alan, Sarah and Brian are safely back in the states and looking to settle here in Worland. They will be living in a house on Dave & Kathy McKamey’s farm east of town. The only item they are still in need of is a washer. Alan and Sarah will be back at the end of August. If you have a washer that they may use please call the church office, 347-2266. Thank you for your help!
Children’s Choir Will Begin!
Sing unto the Lord! A children’s choir will begin this September for ages k-5th grade. We well practice on Wednesday evenings, following the Fellowship Dinners, from 6:00 pm to 6:45 pm, with our first practice on Sept. 3rd! I’m so excited! Our choir is beginning to grow, but we could always use more! If you are interested PLEASE let Jennifer Herrmann know! 347-2266 or 347-9358!
Dishwashers Needed
If you love to wash dishes we are looking for you! We are still looking for a couple of more helpers in the clean-up crew for Wednesday night dinners. Please contact Todd Scheuerman if you would like to help out. Thank you!

Sandi Mischke is on a mission for Confirmation Class photos taken while Rev. Dan Thimell was here. She needs the photos from 1979,1980 & 1982. If she may please use it to make a copy it would be appreciated. Also, she is looking for any photos of Rev. Thimell and his family. She also needs any photos taken of the building of our current church, missions trips, and 75th anniversary activities.
